Jessica Dolcy, MBA is a Haitian-American with a background in development research and south-south capacity building. Her work focuses on the intersectionality of development and social barriers such as gender and disability.

A current Board Member of Special Olympics Haiti and Fulbright Public Policy alumna, her cross section of experience lead to the exploration of publicly funded and human centered interventions that have yielded measurable impact, unforeseen challenges, a reference point for best practices, and esoteric data. This work has resulted in white papers, internal audits, and published organizational reports. She founded Franglais Management in 2019.
