Following the August 2021 earthquake, Franglais was engaged to conduct a Learning Analysis utilizing a novel approach developed by the Client. Over the course of the study , conducted Winter and Spring 2022, the team visited communes in the South departments to capture findings and dialogue with community members regarding their lived experiences. Franglais founder, Jessica Dolcy, was engaged as a Haiti based Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) expert to conduct qualitative data gathering activities for a novel capacity building IT skills initiative that targeted underserved young women throughout Port-au-Prince. Ms. Dolcy functioned as a Senior Quantitative and Qualitative Data Analyst and Author of the Needs Analysis for the The EMINENT project. The EMINENT project was a national project that linked institutions from Europe and Haiti in order to foster the enhancement and harmonization of Haitian Education (HR) Quality Assurance (QA) procedures.
